The Roam Chart is a trip planning application that allows users to create, organize, and manage travel itineraries. The Service includes features for tracking activities, managing travelers, and collaborating with others.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including trip details, activities, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Roam Chart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
